Requesting an exchange through the Elite Alliance is simple. Just follow these easy steps or contact an Exchange Administrator at (866) 407-5218 for assistance.
1. Join The Elite Alliance AND Post your planned vacation for exchange
To join the Elite Alliance fill out the online Membership Agreement form. once your membership is approved, you may deposit your Planned Vacation using our online Vacation Deposit Form. After your Planned Vacation has been deposited, you will have 24 months to accept an available Deposited Planned Vacation from the Elite Alliance.2. Find the VACATION you want.
Use our search page to view available Deposited Planned Vacations at other clubs. When you are ready to accept a Deposited Planned Vacation, just click on the "Reserve Vacation" button and complete the Acceptance Form. In order to accept a Deposited Planned Vacation you must have a Deposited Planned Vacation on file.3. Finalize the exchange.
An Exchange Administrator will confirm your acceptance of the vacation you requested and you will be charged $295. The club you are visiting will also provide confirmation and will work with you regarding the details of your trip.4. Enjoy your vacation!
